Ravenous working with Helen of Troy on an 8 hour product
launch
and cat walk fashion show, held for 100 people.
For this event Ravenous created a menu designed for the particular tastes
of the fashion world in London.
For breakfast we set up an organic smoothie
bar with acai, algae and wheat grass shots.
Guests were also offered tiny bagels topped with organic salmon, creamy
mild goats cheese with lemon zest and pepper or tiny blueberry, oatmeal
or dark chocolate and guarana muffins.
The food service was continuous throughout the day, offering a bowled
food salad bar from 12 till 3pm followed by tiny wheat free sandwiches
and a super food raw chocolate energy cake served with a selection
of teas and good strong coffee throughout the afternoon.
