Ravenous for Credit Suisse.
Kings Cross, London for 1000 people.

This year Credit Suisse decided to put 3 departments together and hold a Christmas party for 1000 people.
We transformed the venue into a winter wonderland and the menu
was created from 'A Tsar's Winter Palace.'
Guests were welcomed with frosted shots of frozen lemon vodka
and served beetroot and vodka gravalax on Russian bilini with dill
and mustard vodka cremé.
They had a 9 option canapé menu with hot bowls of fillet steak or wild mushroom stroganoff to follow.
Canapés were circulated on Ravenous ice trays with stalactites above and below and bowled food was served from the Ravenous Towers, decorated with snow and crystals. Boy waiters were sprayed gold
and girls were in silver slip dresses with white blonde bob wigs,
silver lashes and lips.
Food service was rounded off with cones of vodka jello with lemon.

Ravenous for The Law Society.
The Victoria and Albert museum for 400 people.

For this event Ravenous were hired to manage all food, front of house service, drinks and bars for the occasion.
Guests were greeted with great Champagne, fine wines
and tiny canapé teasers followed by a 4 course sit down dinner including a perfectly done Beef Wellington and late night cheese table with exotic fruits and vintage port.

Waiting staff were in classic black fitted blouses, shirts and trousers with knee length black aprons.
